TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Returns accepted only when items come damaged or different from description.
The auctioned item is sold with the "seen and liked" formula, in the state in which it is found as in the photograph and description.
Eventual returns will be accepted only in the presence of verified discrepancy of the object from the description and the photos.
No reimbursement is made on shipping costs (forward shipping and return shipping) and all other expenses (customs duties).
In the case of a return, the goods must be returned in the same state of receipt.
Any product returned with obvious signs of wear or tear will not be reimbursed.

 

 

----- Terms & Conditions, Instruction for Return ---- (Read carefully and follow)

 

- The Italian law (D.Lgs.n ° 185/99) grants 14 days in order to use the right of withdrawal.
The reimbursement is applied as established by the laws in force.
The customer can return the product (in its original state) within 14 days.

The term will start from the receipt of the product by the customer.
If the item is not collected by the customer, the deadline will start on the day of the second delivery attempt by the courier or, in the case of shipping by registered mail, on the third day after the delivery attempt by the postman.
No refunds are made on shipping costs (forward and return shipping) and all other expenses (example: customs duties).

 

- The product needs to be in the same condition as received and with original package or suitable packaging to preserve the integrity of the object, any damage or breakage will be charged to the total refunded.

Any product returned with obvious signs of wear or tear will not be reimbursed; The products will be inspected and controlled.

 

 

 

- No reimbursement is made on shipping costs (forward shipping and return shipping) and all other expenses (customs duties payed forward and return; with rejection of the package in case of occurrence and send back to the sender with additional costs or expenses deducted from the original payment, if in agreement with the buyer). In case of return, about object bought with clause "free shipping" or "price agreement", shipping costs will be deducted in any case.

The price of the product will be reimbursed, except for complications and deductions reported in the Return terms.

 

- (Countries outside the European Union)

When filling in the customs declaration (CN22 and / or CN23) it's necessary to indicate "Returned goods - Failed sale" and attach them  outside of the package The Proformal invoice that you will find in the shipping documents must be included. It's advisable to ship the item declaring a value equal to zero, as it is a return, otherwise, for the Italian customs it could appear as our purchase and consequently apply customs duties, costs that we would be forced to charge on the total refunded.

Please carefully follow the return procedure that will be provided to you; if customs duties / charges will be found, the package will NOT be accepted and will be rejected (blocked at customs or sent back with any further expenses always pertaining to the sender) or expenses deducted from the original payment, if in agreement with the buyer.

 

-  Buyers need to organize Return shipping with their trusted courier service or postal service, with tracked code. The sender will be responsible for any damage, non-delivery, delays.

 

- In "Return" conversations or email, need to be specify: the order number, the shipping company  used for return and the tracking number of the return shipment, with a link to track the shipment.

 

- In the case of "lost package" due by courier service, or any damage due to shipping courier, we are not be able to "refund" the purchase.

 

- The Return shipping need to be done before 14 days after the Delivery date, after that date, it will not be accepted.

Return shipping need to be communicated to us (email, conversation). 

 

 

 

 

Reading and subsequent sending back of the product, the previous clauses are fully viewed and accepted.

The lack of communication involves the cancellation of the return procedure.
