Lello M. Barresi was born in Palermo September 17, 1932.
Academic training, a pupil of Carlo Carra, he studied with Maccari, Rivosecchi and Ferrari.
He has lived for over a decade in Southeast Asia where he taught graphics and Western Art History in the academies of Fine Arts in Jakarta, Bandung and Dempasar. On behalf of the Italian Foreign Affairs Ministry has carried out diplomatic functions for the Italian Cultural Institute in Jakarta.
Since 1954, after a few years devoted to sculpture, has dedicated his profession to a figurative painting and composition until 1970, this period in which he is engaged in the coloristic representation of the female figure, influenced by exotic references and costume.
His frames are the raffiguration of aesthetic sophistication and technical ability.
Darken tortoise weave, rectangular avant garde in line with the years of productions, made by a thick and durable resin.
Innovative fleet arm system: positioned on the arrows on the arms which flexing whitout mutate the focal point of lenses.
