Frame: The left hinge has take "a hit" during the storage years/handling (pic). That not affect the wearability, still perfectly usable as is, the left arm is perfectly straight and the frame has not changed its shape.
Lenses: No lenses, need to be replaced with your needed lenses: sunny, neutral, prescription lenses.
